In this most recent case, we purchased a condo in Barrie. Tammy was always available and arranged showings at a moment's notice. She prepared a comprehensive market package that helped us evaluate the price/value ratio in the market and helped inform our buying strategy. Once we were ready to put an offer in, she covered all the tasks quickly and efficiently (offer, counter-offer, deposit, certificates, agreement etc..).
